ALARDE offers services for all phases of an in energy project: from inception — a stage at which the feasibility study for a project is conducted and the operation’s structuring is carried out — permitting, development of projects and, once built, commercial exploitation.

Besides, ALARDE has ample experience in the structuring of operations using Project Financing, whose success in large part depends on a project’s soundness from financial entities’ perspective — soundness basically measured by three indicators: credibility of the business plan (credibility provided by ALARDE thanks to the extensive experience gained by its team), corporate structure of the operation and, finally, the technical aspects and guarantees of different contracts forming part of the Project Financing scheme.

The methods used by ALARDE have been successfully applied in over 50 operations. They are based on the maximization of the value added of contracted operations, with ALARDE directly overseeing and managing the most critical activities, crucial for the project’s successful completion. The execution of the rest of works is outsourced to external engineering companies and ALARDE assumes responsibility for their supervision in order to guarantee the quality of sub-contracted services.

Thus, the project fully benefits from ALARDE’s experience and buying capacity regarding the construction, financing and operation of power plants. Also, applying competitiveness and independence criteria, reducing costs and eliminating fees, finally translates into investment optimization.

ALARDE also offers ad-hoc services as an energy consultant, both for due diligence studies and as the project owner’s adviser, in which case a third party benefits from the experience gained from the company’s projects. Likewise, the Operations Department, initially created for the purpose of managing the operation of plants belonging to the CAIXANOVA group, offers those services to third parties.
